Skyler is currently the Director of Product Strategy for the Americas at Monstarlab where she is renowned for her unique ability to infuse a human-centered perspective into solving complex challenges. Her expertise includes spearheading digital transformation initiatives, innovating product development and reshaping business models. As the leader of the product strategy team, she acts as a strategic advisor, ensuring that the digital experiences and solutions crafted not only meet the business objectives but also encourage clients to reimagine the realm of the possible.

 

With a doctoral degree in Education Leadership, Skyler's research focused on implementation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies within the education sector. Before Monstarlab, Skyler was integral to business and design strategy teams at a prominent global IT consulting firm, a multinational energy company and cutting-edge education organizations. There, she was dedicated to crafting digital transformation strategies that delivered substantial business and customer value. Skyler’s combined experience in both education and consulting equips her with a rare blend of skills, enabling her to unite people and technology to conceive and execute transformative experiences and products.
